The Modern Home Design Process: Phase Nine

Interior Design

In addition to our Interior Architecture Services, our team offers expertise in selecting furnishings to complement your new home. During this phase, we engage in thorough research, curation, bidding, and procurement of non-fixed elements such as decorative lighting, furniture, artwork, and accessories. We believe in the importance of harmonizing these furnishings with the overall design vision, although we recognize that personal preferences play a significant role. Ultimately, the homeowner retains the final decision-making authority over which furnishings we curate for their space.

What To Expect

During this phase, we embark on the journey of selecting the furnishings that will inhabit your home alongside you. These items, ranging from decorative lighting to furniture, art, and accessories, are typically readily available for purchase. Our team takes charge of gathering quotes, confirming dimensions, coordinating delivery, and overseeing installation, ensuring a seamless process.

Additionally, we extend our designer discount to our clients by handling the purchasing of select furnishings. In certain cases, unique or custom-made items may be required to fulfill specific design visions. In such instances, our team collaborates closely with specialized subcontractors to create bespoke pieces or leverages our extensive network to source one-of-a-kind items that perfectly align with your aesthetic preferences.

What We Need

With a wealth of knowledge in contemporary furniture and a vast network in the industry, especially in New York City, Orange County and Los Angeles, our interiors team excels in selecting furnishings that perfectly match your project's style, budget, and material requirements. Through a series of presentations, we'll offer you meticulously curated selections, seeking your feedback to finalize your ideal furnishings and approve each item for purchase. You can trust us to handle the rest with utmost care and precision.
