While certain matters can be resolved on-site, we often provide supplementary documents and drawings outlining optimal building solutions to ensure the project stays true to its intended design.
In the Construction Administration phase, our role transitions into that of a liaison between your family and the selected contractors responsible for building your new home. We take on the responsibility of overseeing the construction process to ensure that the original design intent is faithfully executed.
