PHASE 05 of our Modern Home Design Process revolves around selecting appliances, materials, and other fixed elements. This stage involves extensive research to gather physical samples of proposed materials that align with the approved interior themes. We pay special attention to key areas like kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring that our selections not only meet your budget but also adhere to the construction timeline.
In the Interior Architecture Selections Phase, we organize our presentations according to specific areas of your home, such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other relevant spaces. These presentations feature digital vignettes showcasing key areas, providing a clear visual representation of the proposed materials in context. While these vignettes may not be fully photorealistic, they offer a comprehensive preview of how the materials will look and feel in your home.
Additionally, our team conducts thorough evaluations of factors like cost, specifications, durability, and installation methods for each material. Based on these assessments, we curate a collection of physical material samples for you and your family to explore, allowing you to make informed decisions about the materials that best suit your preferences and lifestyle.
This Phase is not finalized until you and your family have made decisions on the materials to be integrated into our upcoming drawings. These selections encompass various aspects such as flooring, wall coverings, countertops, cabinetry styles, and colors. Our team meticulously curates a focused collection of options for you to physically examine and compare.
This tactile experience allows for side-by-side evaluation, which is essential for informed decision-making. Typically, these materials are chosen from the extensive material library in our studio. However, we're also open to sourcing and cataloging new materials that align uniquely with your preferences.
