OUR STORY: Palanchi Collective began with a foundation in architecture and interior detailing; where design intent is built through precision. Over time, our work moved outward to the building envelope, where windows and doors become a performance system and a construction sequence, not just a finish selection. That evolution shaped our focused expertise today: architect-led, field-aware, design-driven systems supplier.

We support builders, developers, and architects with high-performance European window and door systems — engineered for durability, comfort, and efficiency, and delivered as a coordinated package through procurement. The goal is simple: reduce uncertainty, protect design intent, and ensure the system arrives as specified and installs as intended.

Director of Operations // PM

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, including managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing the implementation of the Resource Toolbox.

Alexis Palanchi

Administrator // Marketing

Alexis assists with the business administration and marketing for the firm, all while juggling being a dedicated para-educator working with children with special needs & autism.
