Indoor-Outdoor Harmony: European zero-frame sliding doors extend the living areas to an expansive terrace, offering panoramic views of the bay and coastline from Montauk to Cartwright Island.

Chef’s Kitchen: Equipped with Leicht cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances, the gourmet kitchen is designed for versatility and elegance, ideal for everything from casual meals to formal entertaining.

Glass Wall Design: The open-concept living spaces feature Cortizo European sliding glass doors that fill the home with natural light and fresh coastal breezes, enhancing the connection to the bay.

Modern Comforts: Gas forced air heat and double-insulated glass doors provide energy efficiency and comfort, while hardwood floors throughout add warmth and sophistication.
