Design Concept

Inspired by its breathtaking oceanfront location, Surfside II blends the beauty of the Hamptons coastline with modern design. Seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces highlight the home’s natural surroundings, while each detail reflects an elevated approach to coastal living.

Coastal Elegance: Floor-to-ceiling Cortizo glass windows frame sweeping ocean views, filling the home with natural light and connecting interiors to the coastal landscape.

Spacious Living: Spanning 8,600 sq ft, with 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, the residence features airy interiors that open to a private oceanside pool terrace.

Dual Kitchens: A main kitchen with custom cabinetry and premium appliances is paired with a secondary chef’s kitchen for convenience and entertaining.
