Mil Path is a contemporary estate spanning 2.06 acres, designed as a serene sanctuary that blends luxury with sustainability. Positioned to harmonize with its natural landscape, the home incorporates modern technology and elegant design, offering a tranquil and sophisticated retreat.

Design Concept

Inspired by the calming beauty of its surroundings, Mil Path integrates indoor and outdoor spaces to create a seamless, peaceful environment. The design prioritizes sustainable luxury, incorporating advanced eco-friendly features alongside refined aesthetic elements.

Key Features

Sustainable Technology: A Tesla Solar Roof with 25KW capacity supports energy efficiency and sustainability, reducing the home’s environmental impact.

Seamless Flow: Zero-frame sliding doors and arch-invisible windows offer an unobstructed connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, enhanced by customizable lighting and shade systems.

Luxury Finishes: The residence features Venetian plaster finishes, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, white oak cabinetry, and high-end plumbing fixtures, combining elegance with functionality.

Lower-Level Retreat: A 27-foot curtain wall fills the lower level with natural light, opening to a backyard with amenities such as a gym, media room, and radiant-heated floors for comfort.
