Project Overview

Harvest is a large-scale renovation of a classic Hamptons-style cedar shingle residence. Designed to blend traditional charm with modern functionality, the project included new extensions, reconfiguration of key interior spaces, and seamless indoor-outdoor integration. The residence now offers enhanced spaces that support both family living and elegant entertaining.

Design Concept

Harvest respects the home’s original cedar shingle Hamptons style while introducing contemporary elements to improve flow, functionality, and comfort. With thoughtful interior modifications and added living areas, this renovation enhances the home’s welcoming ambiance, natural light, and connection to the surrounding landscape.

Enhanced Layout: A double-height glass atrium with an asymmetrical white oak staircase introduces the home’s sleek design.

Open-Concept Living: The double-height foyer leads to open-concept areas that are bathed in natural light, including a great room with open ceiling and a double-sided gas fireplace, ideal for gatherings.

Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to an outdoor terrace and pool area, creating a harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor spaces for effortless entertaining.

Modernized Comforts: Updated heating and cooling systems ensure year-round comfort, while reconfigured spaces, including relocated stairs, laundry, and bathrooms, provide modern convenience.
